Before you install this patch make sure you have download the latest FIP16 V7.1 UEFA C by scouser.
1. Remove you "kitoverlay" folder in data > sceneassets > "kitoverlay"
2. Paste folders inside "Main install" in your FIFA 16 folder and overwrite your files.
3. Go to Creation master 16, go to "Tools" click on Regenrate BH, go to "Tools" again, click on "Manage Face Types", click on Save
